When Fleur Mowlam joined fairlife as a consultant, the US company’s project information was scattered across different local drives in a variety of applications – including Excel, Trello, Planner, and PowerPoint. As a result, there wasn’t any consistent, standardised approach to project governance, and a considerable overhead in gathering information for reporting.
Since that time, Fleur has set up a PMO, worked with fairlife’s project managers to drive consistency in project delivery, and established pmo365 as the company’s digital PPM solution.
